FXPIG server time is on GMT+3. The server time will automatically be adjusted to GMT +2 for daylight savings.

At FXPIG, we process all deposits and withdrawals without any additional fees. However, Please note that most deposit methods include some type of fee whether from the Payment Service Provider or banks that facilitate the transfer. FXPIG does not accept responsibility for such bank fees.

You can withdraw funds from your account by submitting a withdrawal request from your Client portal. There are a number of withdrawal methods available; however, the methods available depend on the deposit method that you used to initially fund your account. Demo accounts will only expire after 30 days of inactivity. (for cTrader)

Demo and live server can never be the same, as the demo is a simulation only and there is no real liquidity and thus the execution is not real. Therefore, the execution latency is not real. However, in order to mimic the live execution best possible, our demo server is in NY (while the live is in LD4) intentionally adding latency on the demo execution. In a nutshell, the execution is 'close' to being real execution.

FXPIG is a 100% pure STP broker. Your orders are sent directly to the LPs. The price and volume you see on the charts come directly from the liquidity aggregation.

Yes, we do offer FIX API connection.

The minimum deposit for a FIX API account is 5000 USD or equivalent. There are no other requirements such as monthly fees or minimum volume.

The MT4 platform uses the broker’s infrastructure, so when you have a FIX account, MT4 acts as a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the open trades you execute on your FIX engine.

In our in-house built FIX API set up, MT4 can be used as GUI. When you will receive your FIX API connection details, you will have included MT4 credentials as well, so you could monitor your trades, and pull out reports

If you cannot see all the instruments in the Market Watch window, simply right-click your mouse in the Market Watch area and select ‘show all’.

The chart time on MetaTrader 4 platforms reflects server time, which cannot be changed. For the cTrader platform, however, you may set the time as per your local time zone.

They can be found from within the MetaTrader 4 platform: simply go to Market Watch, right-click on an instrument and select ‘Specifications’. A new window will then open and the swap rates will be displayed.

A simple refresh of the chart is needed. You can either right-click on the chart and select "Refresh" or close the chart and create a new one If you've logged into the terminal for the first time, simply drag a currency pair from the "Market Watch" window onto the chart to see live data.

Yes, you can. Look for the “Expert Advisors” section of the Navigator window and drag the desired EA onto the chart. A window will appear once this is done. Before clicking “OK” make sure “Allow Live Trading” has been selected. Once you’ve clicked on “OK” check that the “Enable Expert Advisors” button is pressed at the top of the terminal. There should be a smiley face in the top right corner of the chart if it’s applied correctly.

In order for you to log in to your MT4 account, you will need your account number and password. These details were sent to you when you first opened your account. Once you have your account number and password, simply install the MT4 platform on your PC and select 'File' then 'Log in to Trade Account'. A login box will then appear in which you will be able to enter your account number, password and select the relevant server. You will see your connection status update in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform. If the connections status shows ‘invalid account’, make sure your password was entered correctly. If it shows ‘no connection’, double-check that the server address was entered correctly.

Each cTrader user has their own unique cTID, which is a set of login details used to access the trading platform. All cTrader trading accounts are linked to just one cTID. Your cTrader ID will be automatically created for you once your cTrader account is approved. You will receive an email with the subject heading ‘Welcome to cTrader ID’. You must open the email and select ‘Confirm cTrader ID’. Once your cTrader ID is confirmed, you can sign in to the cTrader platform using your email address and the password in your welcome email. You will then see that your FXPIGs’ trading account automatically appears. If you open an additional cTrader account, it will be automatically linked to your cTID and you will see it the next time you log in to the platform.

You must first download the MT4 mobile application from the apple or android stores. Once this is downloaded and opened, follow the steps below:
1. Go to ‘Settings’
2. Click on 'Manage Accounts' or 'Settings'
3. Then click on the small plus sign or select 'New Account'
4. Then select 'Log in to an existing account'
5. Search for the broker name
6. Select the server your account was set up on
7. Enter your login credentials and password 8. Click on 'Sign In'

You can generate account statements from within the trading terminal by selecting the ‘History’ tab. Right-clicking within the History area will open a new tab. From here, you will be able to select the time period of the statement that you wish to generate. Right-clicking again will provide you with the option to save the report to disk or in HTML format for viewing in a web browser.

You will receive your MT4 password when you first open your trading account. For security reasons, we recommend that you change the password when you first access your account. You may also lose or forget your password and need to reset it. To change the password on the platform, select the ‘Tools - Options - Server’ tab and then the ‘Change’ button. Enter your current password and make sure ‘Change Master Password’ is checked. Enter your new password, ensuring it is a minimum of five characters long and is a combination of upper- and lowercase letters and digits. Confirm the password in the second box and select ‘OK’. cTrader is a moderately new retail trading platform as compared to the MetaQuotes' MT4 platform. A few of the key differences include the user interface, advanced take profit, advanced stop-loss, detachable charts, variable chart time frames, live sentiments, and depth of market. The ability to choose preferences while displaying volume as units or lot sizes, as well as onscreen calculations, are also included in cTrader. The time it takes for a deposit to reach a trading account depends on the deposit method used. Typically, Skrill/Neteller and credit/debit card deposits are instant. Yes, it is possible for a withdrawal request to be rejected. If your withdrawal request is rejected, we will send you an email explaining why it was rejected and what to do next.

In your client portal, just click on Transactions.

Click on 'Forgot your Password'. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.

You may submit your request to change account leverage via client portal Request > Change leverage. Your request will be processed between 15-45 minutes.
